1- What is the "big idea" (theme) in this book?
The Main idea in the book is that there should be live in peace, and that you should be happy with what u have, be happy to have a roof over your head

2-What were your thoughts, ideas and opinions about the "big idea" before beginning this novel?
At the beginning I thought that it was about surviving since the name of the book is " The Hunger Games". I also thought that is was about death since there was a bird catching an arrow on the front of the cover and also the cover was black which in my eyes represents sadness and death.

3-What do you think now?
Now that I have read the book, I think that the book was all about courage, sadness and death.

4-In the novel, the world is a better place because...
I personally I don’t think that the world was a better place in the novel because, there was allot of killing hungering and most of the time luck is needed to survive. You have to be lucky and hope that you aren’t the one who is going to be called out for the Games.

5-I could make the world a better place by...
The world would be a better place if there weren’t any Games in the Arena. Because the Games are a horrible thing. So many children get killed.
